  Shocking - it was over a year ago now this happened, but after seeing so many positive reviews I thought I'd share my experience! I placed a £1500 deposit down on a car, signed paper work for the deposit etc. I called in a few days later (maybe 3-4 days) and asked when I can come and collect my car/finalise any paperwork etc, to which the chap told me "we hadn't heard from you so we've given it to someone else". Hang on... so the car i put a deposit of £1500 on, you have to someone else? Wow. The guy tried blaming his boss as it was apparently his boss who sold the car to another customer, whether it's true or not is irrelevant, the fact I had put a deposit on this car, just for it to be sold on to someone else anyway is disgusting service. I went in the next day and asked for my money back. The cheeky "salesman" couldn't resist but try and talk me into waiting for them to get their new version of the original car I enquirer about, but I was having none of it, I asked for my money back. He did it all with a smile on his face too ! Best of luck to them if that's how they run their business. Terrible.
